3. Service and Payment Information

• The contract fee is specified in the service details included in VAT.

• Payment: Cash on arrival

4. General Provisions

• Passenger does not have the authority to change the route in all travel services.
• For PickupsPoint, Transfer Service;
• PickupsPoint Transfer Tools As Luggage, Sack, Chest, Cari and so on.
• PASSENGER INFORMATION:

  • Passenger reservation information or preliminary information will be shared via e-mail and/or SMS.
• Transfers from a certain point to the airport;
• For a delay or 2 hours for any reason, the obligation to hold a vehicle at the airport of PickupsPoint is eliminated.

5. Cancellation - Return Conditions

• In the campaign product purchased by the passenger, cancellation, changes and fees are not made for any reason.
• If a refund is approved, it is processed through the original payment channel whenever applicable.
• Rules to be followed on journeys with PickupsPoint:

  • No alcohol and drugs during the journey within the vehicle
  • Avoiding movements that will distract the driver's attention
  • Not to talk loudly in the vehicle
  • Not disturbing anyone by ignoring the rights of other passengers
  • Not eating during the journey in the vehicle
  • Avoiding movements that will endanger the security of the journey
  • Knowing and performing the necessity of wearing a seat belt during the journey
  • Damaging the vehicle (if the passenger damages the vehicle, the damage fee will be invoiced to the passenger).
