You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your transfer. Use the 'Cancel Reservation' link in your confirmation email, write to info@pickupspoint.com, or contact our 24/7 WhatsApp line at +90 536 297 30 08 for immediate cancellation. If you paid online, your refund is processed back to the same card within 5-7 business days. Cancellations within 24 hours of the transfer follow our standard cancellation policy detailed on the policy page.
Use the reservation form on our homepage: select your pickup point (e.g. Istanbul Airport - IST or Sabiha Gökçen - SAW) and destination, then enter date, time and number of passengers. The system instantly shows all available vehicles (Sedan, VIP Vito, Sprinter) with fixed prices. Choose a vehicle, fill in your contact details, and pay by credit card or bank transfer. You will receive instant confirmation by email and WhatsApp. For urgent bookings, our 24/7 WhatsApp line +90 536 297 30 08 can open a reservation at any hour.
We need the following minimum information: full name, contact number (WhatsApp preferred), flight number (critical for airport transfers — we track your flight live and adjust the driver to your real landing time), pickup and drop-off address, passenger count, luggage count, and any special request (child seat, additional stop, name on welcome sign). You can complete the form in 2-3 minutes. If anything is missing, our operations team will contact you on WhatsApp before the transfer.
No, it absolutely will not be cancelled. PickupsPoint tracks every airport transfer via live airline data — if your flight is delayed, arrives early, or changes gate, the driver is re-planned accordingly. We do not charge extra for standard delays and offer 60 minutes of free wait time after landing (typically more than enough for passport control and baggage). For very long delays, your reservation is still protected and the driver is repositioned to your real arrival time.
Our driver waits free of charge for 60 minutes from the flight landing time on airport pickups. On city address → airport transfers, the driver arrives 15 minutes before the agreed pickup and offers an additional 15 minutes free wait. On port pickups (e.g. Galataport), 90 minutes of free wait is provided for disembarkation. Beyond the free window, hourly wait fees (typically 15 EUR/hour) apply — and we always notify you on WhatsApp before this point is reached.
On city address → airport transfers the driver waits in front of the address you provided, or in the hotel lobby/concierge area holding a PickupsPoint welcome sign. At hotels we coordinate with reception and have your name announced. If the address is hard to find — gated communities, VIP residences — the driver shares a direct Google Maps pin via WhatsApp or phone. Driver name, vehicle plate and direct contact number are sent 12 hours before the transfer.
Istanbul Airport (IST): the driver waits at the Arrivals floor in the official 'Meet & Greet' area designated for transfer companies, holding a PickupsPoint sign with your name or reservation code. Sabiha Gökçen (SAW): right outside the domestic arrivals gate, or at the customs exit for international arrivals. We use standard Meet & Greet zones at Antalya, Izmir, Bodrum and Dalaman as well. Driver name, vehicle plate, photo and detailed meeting-point instructions are sent by email + WhatsApp 12 hours before your flight.
Yes — we offer infant seats (0-15 months), child seats (1-4 years) and booster seats (4-12 years). Select the option you need during booking under 'Extras'; a standard seat is usually 5 EUR extra. Turkish traffic law requires a suitable seat for children under 135 cm, and we comply fully with these standards. For multiple seats or specific brand requests (Britax, Maxi-Cosi etc.), simply add a note to your reservation.
We accept three payment methods: (1) Online credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx — SSL-secured virtual POS with 3D Secure); (2) Bank transfer / wire (for corporate clients with invoicing); (3) Cash to the driver on transfer day in EUR, USD, GBP or TRY. All prices are FIXED — no extra km charges, night surcharge or traffic-based increases as long as your destination does not change. Corporate clients can request monthly invoicing and B2B carrier payment integration via info@pickupspoint.com.
After booking you receive automatic confirmation through 3 channels: (1) Email — reservation code, date/time, vehicle type, and a PDF boarding card; (2) WhatsApp message — transfer details and direct line to our operations team; (3) A reminder 12 hours before the transfer with driver name, plate, and meeting-point instructions. If you do not see the confirmation email within 5 minutes, check spam, or query our WhatsApp +90 536 297 30 08 with your reservation code. You can also check status at pickupspoint.com/reservation-lookup using your reservation code + email.
At hotels the driver waits in the lobby/reception area with a welcome sign and notifies reception of your name. At gated communities, shopping mall car parks, hospitals and ports, the driver positions at the closest landmark and shares the exact Google Maps pin via WhatsApp before your transfer begins. At busy locations like Galataport, Karaköy Port or Sirkeci Train Station, the driver proactively contacts you. Adding a brief address note (apartment number, entrance direction) at booking speeds up the meet-up.
Istanbul Airport (IST) is on the European side at Arnavutköy, about 45-50 km from the city centre (Taksim) and 50-80 minutes depending on traffic. Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) is on the Asian side at Pendik, about 45 km / 60-90 minutes to Taksim, but only 25 km / 40-50 minutes to Kadıköy. PickupsPoint keeps prices fixed from both airports, although SAW → European side transfers cover slightly longer routes via the bridge or tunnel. When booking flights it pays to match the airport to your hotel side — IST is usually more efficient for Sultanahmet/Taksim, SAW for Kadıköy/Bağdat Avenue. Meet & Greet, live flight tracking and fixed pricing apply equally at both airports.
