Istanbul Airport VIP Meet and Greet — Name Board, Fast-Track, Lounge Access & Mercedes S-Class

It is a curated arrivals service. A multilingual TURSAB-licensed greeter meets you at an agreed point with a personalised name board, helps with hand luggage, escorts you through priority lanes where airport rules allow (fast-track passport, baggage assistance), and hands you to a chauffeur whose Mercedes S-Class is already curbside. It typically reduces airport-to-car time from 60-90 minutes down to 10-20 minutes.

Private Meet & Transfer starts at €80 per booking. VIP Meet & Greet with Mercedes S-Class starts at €150. VVIP with multilingual greeter, fast-track and lounge starts at €250. Fast-track passport add-on is €40 where available. Executive lounge access (Turkish Airlines, Air France, Lufthansa First) ranges from €60 to €90 depending on terminal and eligibility.

Standard Private tier: the greeter waits at the official Meeting Point inside IST International Arrivals, just after customs exit, holding your name board. VIP tier: the greeter meets you closer to immigration where airport authority rules permit. VVIP tier: the greeter is positioned jet-bridge side at the air gate (subject to TAV PrimeClass approval) and walks you through all formalities.

Fast-track passport at IST is available as an add-on (€40) for eligible Schengen, UK, US and GCC passport holders, plus all Turkish Airlines Business class passengers on selected routes. We confirm fast-track availability at the time of booking based on your flight, terminal and arrival window. SAW fast-track is also offered on a similar add-on basis.

Yes — on the VVIP tier, lounge access is included where you have a same-day onward boarding pass; on lower tiers it can be added for €60-€90 depending on terminal and lounge. Turkish Airlines Business Lounge at IST is the largest in Europe. Lounge access requires a valid onward boarding pass on the airline operating the lounge.

Yes. Infant seats (0-13 kg), child seats (9-18 kg) and booster seats (15-36 kg) are available on request. Please specify the seat type and child age at booking — we confirm availability and install it in the Mercedes before pickup. Standard EU safety-certified seats only.

Your greeter and chauffeur track your flight via live FlightAware data from gate to wheels-down. We provide up to 60 minutes of free wait time after landing on international arrivals (45 minutes on domestic). There is no charge for delayed flights — the fixed price you booked is the price you pay, even on a 4-hour delay or an early arrival.

Yes. The service operates 24/7, 365 days a year. Overnight arrivals (00:00-06:00) carry no surcharge — the price you book is the price you pay. We strongly recommend pre-booking at least 12 hours in advance for overnight slots to guarantee a greeter and Mercedes S-Class availability.
